3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

For subscription services, payment is due monthly in advance. For project work, payment schedules are outlined in individual proposals, typically 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

5. Revisions and Changes

Subscription plans include unlimited revisions. Project-based work includes revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Cancellation

Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Project cancellations are subject to payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
